Our goal is to provide convenience, choice, and support for local businesses. You can search, compare, book, and pay for services all within our secure and user-friendly application.
Finding Laundry Services
How to search for and discover laundry shops.
Using the Search Bar
Enter your location (e.g., postcode, city) and optionally the type of service you're looking for (e.g., "dry cleaning," "wash and fold") into the search bar on the homepage or results page.
Filtering and Sorting Results
Once you see search results, you can use filters to narrow them down by criteria such as price range, services offered (e.g., eco-friendly, express), ratings, and more. You can also sort results by relevance, price, or distance.
Comparing Shops
Select multiple shops from the search results to compare their services, prices, ratings, and turnaround times side-by-side. This helps you make an informed decision.

Selecting a Shop & Services
Click on a shop from the search results to view its details. Browse their list of services and add the ones you need to your cart.
Choosing Date & Time
Select your preferred date and time for pickup and/or delivery, based on the shop's availability.
Payment & Confirmation
Review your order summary, enter any special instructions, and proceed to payment. We accept various secure payment methods. Once payment is successful, you'll receive a booking confirmation via email and in your Launder-It account.
Managing Your Account
How to access and update your profile and booking history.
Accessing Your Profile
If you're logged in, click on your name or profile icon in the header to go to your account dashboard.
Viewing Booking History
Your dashboard displays all your past and current bookings, including their status (e.g., pending, in progress, completed).
Leaving Reviews
After a service is completed, you can leave a review and rating for the laundry shop. Your feedback helps other users and the businesses.
